Returns

You may return your reseller panel within 7 days of purchase if it does not meet your expectations. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@flixtv.net. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds

Please note that refunds for reseller panels are not available. However, we offer an alternative solution to ensure your satisfaction. Instead of a refund, you have the option to exchange your panel for another one of equal or lesser value. Any price difference between the panels must be paid in advance.
