No Physical Returns

FlixTV provides digital IPTV services only. Therefore, there are no physical products to return.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • If the service is not activated after purchase
  • If there is a technical issue from our side that cannot be resolved
  • If the service does not work on your device, despite confirmed compatibility

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Poor internet connection on the customer’s side
  • Device incompatibility (if not confirmed before purchase)
  • Account suspension due to misuse or violation of terms
  • Partial usage of the service

Refund Timeframe
